BANQUET REGISTRATION CLOSES MONDAY, JULY 14TH.
If you are planning to attend the awards banquet and have not pre-registered we encourage you to do so ASAP.
If you do not pre-register we cannot guarantee meals will be available. Please call the EWA office ASAP to register.
Big Buck Contest Awards Ceremony If you are planning to attend the awards ceremony for the Big Buck Contest and have not pre-registeredplease call the EWA office and let us know you will be attending. In order to be included in the Awards presentation, we must know if you will be attending. If you can not attend, please contact the EWA office to make arrangements to have your jacket and/or buckle shipped.
Tropaeology School
If you are interested in becoming a certified scorer for Trophy Game Records, we still have a few opening in the class starting at9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 18th. Cost is $100 per person and includes all class material and scoring kit. Call the EWA office to get registered.
Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament
will be heldFridayevening beginning at8:30 p.m. If you have not played in the tournament you are missing out on a great time. Prizes include Trophy Blackbuck Hunt, Rifles, Pistol, Custom Jackets. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your place with a $50 buy-in ASAP.
Big Buck Contest Awards Ceremony will begin at9:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 19th. Since the contest began in 2000 it has grown into one of the largest in the state. With the help of our generous sponsors each winner is presented with a custom jacket and/or custom belt buckle. Thanks to each of the fantastic donors the kids in the contest have a great time and a chance to win some fabulous hunts, guns, etc. If you have not ever participated, you should definitely make time to join us.
